Urs B. Kopp, President
President's Message
For over 30 years ALOS has been a proud provider of leading technology dedicated solely to the protection and preservation of vital data and information. As a pioneer and world-wide leader in the micrographics industry, ALOS USA was founded in 1977 to bring our Swiss innovation and manufacturing to the US market, serving a nationwide sales effort through our distribution network and also serving as a manufacturing partner to Kodak, Konica Minolta and others.
Today, with the rapidly growing importance of the digital archiving technologies, ALOS continues to represent the leading edge of document management, primarily to our neighbors here in the Hudson Valley. Through our Electronic Document Management solutions we continue to provide our Customers with state-of-the-art solutions for the capture, preservation and distribution of all your mission-critical documentation.
More importantly we bring our 30 years of document protection systems experience to the fingertips of our customers while continuing to offer the only "true-archival" storage solutions with Micrographics / film based imaging. This level of added protection is vital to any need where real permanency is demanded or required, as electronic media, at best, has a very limited storage life and is compounded by technology obsolescence that can make access to date nearly impossible.
For all the technology, awards and success, I am most proud of our people. It is their passion for excellence and dedication to our customers that has brought us this far along. I am certain it is what will take us into the future.
